Timing Chip

The timing chip is usually attached to the back side of a bib number, or handlebar plate.
Attach your bib number to the outermost chest and clothing layer, making sure that it is visible, facing forward, and right side up. Do not wrap the bib number around an arm or leg.
Gravel, Road and Cyclocross use timing chips that are attached to the seat post pointing rearward and are horizontal. See instruction video on YouTube
